Question headlight disassembly?

my headlights have gotten rather foggy over the months, i wasn't sure if it was on the outside or inside....as i suspected- after using Mothers plastic cleaner/polish it did nothing.
does anybody know how to get at the inside of the outter cover on the headlights???
haven't really found much by searching, all i've seen is for HID replacement which requires heating up in the oven to unglue!!!
not sure what part thats for though. i dont want to go through all that trouble.
anybody have any ideas for me?
thx in advance.

It's really not that difficult to heat your headlights up in the oven and separate. Just don't heat the oven up over 200F! Leave them in for about 10mins or so.
