How do I modify my tail-lights to do this...

I found this picture from the Top Secret 350GT, and I noticed the rear tail-lights have both circular lights on. On my car, only one circular light and the 3 rows of lights are on when I turn on my lights. How can I modify my lights to have the rear signal light and other circular light to stay on when I turn on my lights (without the 3 rows of lights). Hope I explained it right...here's some pictures...

Is it as simple as swapping the light plugs? Brake with signal?

Cool idea. Never thought of it. Not any help except to say that all you really need is the wiring diagram and do some cutting and splicing. Should be easy enough once you figure out which wires go where and do what.

that would be cool, but i'd think you have to change the wiring completely.
like have the brake light connected to the turn signal harness in the electric box

Also, the taillights on the top secret car are customized, using LED's where the turnsignals used to be. Thats why it looks so nice. I don't think it'll look right using a bulb type with LED's.
