Rear light seal packing

Hey all, I just got a new KS bumper that I'm going to have installed next week or so- but I've been looking through the service manual, which mentions that you have to remove the rear lights before you can remove the rear bumper. In the rear light removal section, it says that when putting the lights back on you need new "Seal Packing" and specifically says that "Seal packing cannot be reused."

If this is true, then to install my new bumper I will need this new seal packing? Does anyone know anything about this? Should I try and order it from the dealer?
