weell that was the whole point of the other thread. i did go there spoke to a few ppl and they are convinced the coupe and sedan emblem are one in the same. i explained a few facts and named web boards about how they are different. but all the anwser they had was that "we have been selling them like this for years". so i would like to get a coupe emblem and find the parts number to give to them to prove it is not the same. i also posted a review on the part on thier site saying the same thing. so your contact has one please get me one.

thats what i explained to them. i said the coupe doesnt have hole for the pegs. and if you do break the pegs off the emblem still wouldnt fit flush, unless modified. i spoke to a desk clerk, andy (hes on my350z), then he spoke to the tech ppl, and the internet ppl and all of them said it fits.

In truth, it does "fit". There are no gaps between my emblem and the trunk lid. No one would ever know I had the sedan emblem on there unless I told them. Even when I laid the emblems side by side, there was hardly any difference. The curvature of the coupe emblem is ever so slight.

I hope you own a GT-R. If you plan on throwing a GT-R emblem on your G35, prepare for endless flaming. The are no plans to offer GT-R emblems. Sorry.
