irvine, looks like the side vents are already picking up a few rock chips...

shameless plug for my buddies coupin827 and Diesel1, check out customautomesh.com.... they sell black plastic mesh pre-cut for various G35 body kits that won't chip and show unsightly silver underneath. i don't know if they have the dimensions of this new bumper in their system yet, but you could shoot either of them a PM and inquire

I bet Greddy grill from customautomesh.com will fit with a little to no modification. I compared the pics of the Greddy bumper and KurumaZ bumper and the sizes of openings look identical. It should be the same or at least very close since KurumaZ bumper is a modified Greddy bumper. If one of the producers of KurumaZ bumper can confirm this, that would be great because that is what I intend to do when I order the bumper.

Does the bumper paint look off, or is it just me? I can't decide if I want the Gialla grill with this bumper or OEM grill... Decisions, decisions...

it does to me too. I think its the multi-toned nature of the desert platinum paint. It changes color depending on shade, direct sunlight or clowdy! You'll notice in the bright sunlight it matches great, but no so much in the shady pics. It's very hard color to match.
PS: that's my color too
PSS: I like the stock grill better too

cant wait to get mine

the paint is slightly off because I didn't have time to drop off the car at the bodyshop so the shop couldn't blend in with the fender. it's just off slightly, not enough to bug me.

and yes, metalic silver paint is pretty hard to match.

since I have both grills, i might switch around depending on my mood that day.

yes you do. but you don't see the entire metal bumper behind it.

besides...you're gonna need that access hole if you're ever stuck in a ditch....backwards...

uhhh??? no, there isn't any rockchips...it's probably waterspots from the carwash you're seeing....i do pickup alot of rockchips since i'm commuting about 80miles a day in LA but the bumper is pretty much chip-free 'for now'.

and that white dot behind the grill is a hole for the plastic tap which i forgot to put it back on....i was in a hurry to leave the bodyshop..
