I was doing a bunch of searches last night for grill ideas, and came across one I beleive was done by member DoingOK, which looked amazing IMO. I ordered the StreetScene(Stillen) chrome mesh upper and lower grill, but I am not at all crazy how the main grill looks like now that I see what it would look like on my car (black). So now I was thinking about ordering the Data Sytem grille, using the chrome stillen mesh as a replacement for the cheap *** mesh that comes with DS, and painting the infiniti symbol black. Also I plan on keeping the lower valance chrome mesh, since it actually looks decent. Let me know what you guys think, any and all ideas or welcome.

Just to make sure before I order it, does $280 sound about right for a Data System grill?

 

Not sure what picture you saw of my car.......been on here a looooooooong time. I've changed the front a few times. Now I have the Gialla grill with black chrome street scene cut to fit. I filled and sanded the original Infiniti emblem and had it painted Caribbean blue to match. I added a Greddy front and ordered a street scene mesh grill designed for a GMC truck to replace the cheesy grill material that came with the Greddy front. Overall I like the results. Car is getting old but has held up wonderfully. Later

Greddy sides.......Seibon hood......still gets some looks from the girlies. Re-routed my purge to exit out the front two hood vents. Hood has been redone to show carbon fiber vents (airbrush fade to blue). I think I like it the old way better. Thanks guys.

My other baby (600RR with carbon fiber rims,etc.) and side shot with Greddy sides......and yes, I have a sticker on my window "VTEC THIS" to mess with my Honda buddies.





Can you tell I like blue? I ordered a 2006 Tacoma in Speedway Blue to haul my bikes and jetski (of course the ski is blue too)
