i jus picked up a kenstyle kit and was wonderin how to paint the rear..right now i'm leaning towards the middle part black..the painter said instead of doin it black, he could do some airbrush to make it look carbon fiber..u guys think that would be kinda to ricer and tacky ?? has anyone done it before?

 

i think if your car is CF, then i'll look cool..... you can't go wrong to color match it with your car or keeping it black......

 

is the kit an authentic or a replica? if it's a replica, maybe you could sell it and pick up the replica verson sold by 350Forums that has the optional carbon fiber overlay on the bottom parts...

Actually, its not an overlay. The lower half of that bumper is made in CF.


Also, if its not CF, dont make it look like it. It may look like CF from afar, but its still fake. Dont do it. If you do, people will notice it, and wonder what else is fake on your car... and you'll get knocked on it all the time... even if its an authentic Kenstyle.
