I had the same problem recently. I got some touch up paint from dealer and well the basecoat matched better than the glossy topcoat which I believe is clear coat. I was taking off the emblems when the ghost "g35" logo that's left behind wouldn't go away. After all it is a 03 car just a bummer.... Now I'm looking to get a new strafespeed V1 fiberglass trunk because the oem trunk is plain boring imo.
