Do you think that the clear side markers look good on a laser red coupe?

I liked it more with the 06 head lamps to me it looked a little off with the 05s

 

here's mine i like it much better with clears.

I didn't think it would look good but one of our (FGC) members switched his out for clears at our meet last weekend and it looks great. Check out the pics in the FGC section. Here's a link

The side markers can just be popped off by hand correct?

thanks ljorges...yeap the side markers can just be pulled from the side closer to the wheel, twist the bulb housing and you can swap it out. very quick mod, took me about 2minutes for both sides first time doing it.

 

oh, and i know you had a question towards philogene about the headlights, the 03-05's are the same, the 06 has new headlights.

 

Thanks for the info. Are people swapping out to put in the 06 lights? Are they that much nicer looking?

 

Thanks gong the reason I said that about the 03-05 is the orange in the signals.The 06 is clear

Is your shift **** specially modified? The reason I ask is because I was looking at the momo shift **** for automatics and one of the people there emailed me that it will work only if the button you have to press to change gears is situated in the same spot. Well, the original is on the left side of the ****, the momo and yours are on top. Is there a special mod?

i custom made that **** myself.might look funny to some (shut up) but just want to be a lil different.
inside the original there are 2 pieces with 45 degree angle.once you push on the side the horizontal piece slides the vertical piece down.i took both pieces out so the button on top press directly down when shift.
