Tail light Mod question.

PETE, Nice car. I use your photo as an example. I hope that is okay. Have anyone done this mod before or have seen it? Thanks.

I think TopSecret did something like that in their "GTR" G35. You should search for it.

You should remove it.. and make your own circle there... a smaller one.. then they would look similar to R34 tail lights

I think it would make more sense to use the existing circle on the outside lights to look like R34 tails. And yes, i think that this has been done by Top Secret.

I have thought about that very same thing a few times but I don't want some idiot non-driver to rearend me so I opted to stay stock.

I believe you just cut one wire then just have the rectangular part come on only when braking? Use a testlight to find the wire or trial and error maybe?

I think it would look funny with the outer circles turned on constant since they are too close together. The R34 has them spaced out a little. It would look pretty cool with just one circle on each side then have all four light up when braking.

I wonder if there is a way to make the square LED the blinker and the second circle the break light. (another words, swap them) This way the square LEDs would stay off until signals are activated.
