In So Cal. not sure its a good idea to have your Vortech intercooler showing. You'll get pulled over for sure. Love the TS bumper though.

isn't it legal? i was thinking of painting the intercooler black around the edges and getting very small holed mesh to try and hide it as much as possible. i really don't like most of the front bumpers for the G35...TS is one of the only one's I like. it is either that or i just run with the nismo and screw the extra air for the intercooler...what do you think? i know there are a few G's supercharged with stock front bumpers...

 

Good idea to paint intercooler and putting mesh for the large openning on the TS bumper. You dont want to give them any reason to pull you over. Just the sound of the SC might give them reason to see what you've got under hood. Even though the Vortech is carb approved, they will look for other parts that is not street legal. Definitely try to keep low profile.

 

I have one that I plan on gettin rid of. PM me if your interested. I'm in Sac but believe I have a friend planning on going down to LA soon anyways and might be able to bring it down and save you on shipping. Or, if you want it right away, I can have it shipped.
