Anyone have problems with the leather cracking?
Great News!!!
Stopped by my local dealer before work this morning and spoke to the service advisor. Without any argument or hesitation, he went ahead and ordered me a replacement seat bottom!
Talk about amazing customer service from Infiniti! He also said that he would call me next week and let me know when the seat came in, and have a rental car ready for me when I come in. That just put the cherry on top

I give mine a good coat of leather cream at least 4 times a year and in 2 years, no cracks.
As for Infinity service, right after I got our sedan, I found ONE thread loose on the back seat cover. Instead of poking the thread back into the sewn area with a needle or an awl, they replaced the WHOLE lower seat cover. The only thing that bothered me was that it never has fit as well as the original cover, but it was nice of them to replace it.

My leather is in AWFUL condition. It looks like it is 15 years old.
The leather is only surface died. My step-father has a 15 year old lexus with leather that looks better than my 4 year old leather. The worst place is the left bolsters (seat-bottom and seat-back) from getting in and out. I'd like to have it re-died, but I am considering getting nice looking recardo seats...
