G35 Seat Belt Question

G35 Seat Belt Question
I understand that there is a method to replace the driver's side seatbelt with the shorter passenger side buckle.

My question is, has anyone actually performed this yet? Approximately how long did it take a dealership to do it? How much better does it feel?

Bump, would love to know if this helps to eliminate the neck rubbing.
