Has anybody seen this shift knob???

it comes in blue or red..... IMO they should have made it so that if you wanted to, you could make it turn red at the same RPM that your shift light comes on

crazy! but 169 ain't that bad... paid 200 for mine and i don't have any shiny lights or anything..
I just wish there was an indication as to whether I was going forward or reverse.. I get so confused... or maybe i could just look out the windows..
ohhh maybe an indicator to tell me if am coming up to a car in the near future... humm maybe if i just paid attention to what was around me... that might work too...

haha yeah im pretty sure it's just assumed that this is a pointless feature, other than being cool and unique
It probly works the same way my gear indicator works on my yamaha R1 since you have to program it. It looks at the relationship between the speed and rpm pulses sent to the ECU to determine what gear you are in. Since we have no direct source for either you wouldnt be able to get this to work without getting creative.
