Aluminum Racing Pedal Installation Pics

Today I installed aluminum racing pedals on my 04 BS/G sedan. I have attached a few pics. I went with a company called AutoVation, because I think the Infiniti symbol across the brake pedal is smooth!

It took me about an hour to complete once I had assembled all the necessary parts.

I have a set on my 6MT Coupe - a real nice set. They look good in your car.

Thanks! Today was my first drive with them. They felt great! No slippage at all. The brake pedal actually grabbed better than the rubber pedal.

Lowrider,
Where are you located? I'd like to check em out in person.

Hehe ... I'd say that's a bit far just to check out a set of pads. Thanks!

Well, actually ... can you measure the gap between the 'brake' and 'gas' pedal?

Re: Aluminum Racing Pedal Installation Pics

So you say there's no slippage with the autovation pedals? How is the heel-to-toe shifting?

Re: Aluminum Racing Pedal Installation Pics

Ahhh, thanks Lowrider. Sweet ... 2" is nearly perfect! That's a whole inch down from the stock 3" gap.
Looks like I may end up with a set of these pads.

BTW ... did you have to take off the rubber shells (not even sure if it's possible) before mounting those?
