I wonder if the G sedan front seats are interchangible with G coupes?

Does anyone know if I can switch out my Coupe driver/passenger seat for a Sedan type? thx in advance!

Since I've seen sedans swap for coupe seats, I would think its possible with minor modifications, but the real question is why? They are too flat IMO and don't hold you at all

I am considering changing seats cuz coupe seats are too stiff and puts stress on my lower back. Can't drive for more than 45 mins at a time.
