How to fix scratches on interior plastic?

I've got several scratches on some of the plastic pieces on the inside of my car. It seems that, while trying to fit something into my backseat, we accidentally scraped it against the plastic and caused several deep scratches. Does anyone know how to fix these or do i just have to buy replacement parts...

I've lightly sanded some of mine and it looks better depending on the depth of the gouge/scratch.

hm.... the scratches are pretty deep. Definitely noticeable...

If you paint them, how does that work? Does the paint fill it in and cover it up?? do you have any picks calvin?

I'm actually talking about the b pillars? I think they are called?? The area where the belt is tied/bolted to the car... the top half is a tan color and the lower half of the car is black plastic...
