Just finished cleaning my car and noticed a crack on the bottom of the left side cup holder.. is this cover under warranty?

You can ask the dealer to see if it's covered under the basic warranty (i.e. 4 yrs/60K miles). There have a few members here who had their leather seats with cuts replaced under warranty so it may work.
