Driver side window

every time i put my drivers window down it makes this awful clanking noise as if the window just crashes down rather than the smooth transition its supposed to have.. help!

if you're still under warranty i'd get it checked out

i just got my window motor replaced by the dealer a few weeks ago

i bought it with no warranty so i need to figure out what it is so i can get it fixed
