Re: Dash kit

Keep in mind that it's a sticker kit.

Re: Dash kit

The kit does not completley cover the dash, it doesn't go around the sides of the center console, just the face.

Re: Dash kit

I have found a company is S. Ca. that can plate the existing plastic parts from the center consol and center stack and the door pulls on the coupe for about $500. I have ordered a door pull to send to them for a sample (brushed chrome). This is similar to chrome plating on metal parts but on plastic instead. this company does batch plating for many auto manufacturers, (Ford, Volvo etc.) so I expect a very good job. When I get this back I will post some pictures and my impressions of the job quality

Re: Dash kit

I put one of the kits on my 02 Maxima, and regreted it from the moment I did it. Like stated these are stick on kits, and don't cover the sides of the pieces that it sticks to. It look so fake and cheap, I could have killed myself for doing it. If you are going to get a kit, make sure it is a molded one.
