Recently, i've been noticing my pass air bag does not turn off when there is nobody sitting in the seat. It used to work fine when i had a passenger in it and then they got out of the car the light would come on indicating the air bag was now off.

Has anyone had this happen before?

I just had my car in for service with an airbag light and thought this was the issue, but it ended up being a faulty driver's airbag. So that's fixed but the pass air bag is still not turning off.

SHould i take it in to have this looked at too? I know the airbag still works, but it bothers me that a system is not working the way it was designed.
