Heated Seat Switch Light Out
Heated Seat Switch Light Out
What's up fellaz, Iv'e got a quick question, I just picked me up an 04 g35 coupe, and a week later I realized my driver heated seat switch light is not eluminated at night as the passenger one is, does anyone know if you can just pop out the switch and replace the bulb that way, or do you have to remove the whole center console to get to the bulb, hopefully someone has had this issue before? thanks.
Mine is like that too for most of the time (it lights up whenever it feels like it)
here's a link to sliderg35's heater switch mod thread. Pics are there~

thanks for the reply but that's not the answer to my question, I have seen his post but I am not looking to MOD my lights, I just want to replace the bulb that has went out, what I am asking is to replace the blown light, can I just pop out the switch or do I have to remove the whole center console, the guys MOD post doesnt explain how he got to the light switch, thanks
if you push down on the button a little harder than flickin the switch.. itll pop down...
lift your center console where the switch is, and you can take the switch out thattta way.. and follow the steps on the link (Heater Switch Mode - Pics) the one above... to replace the light..

Ok, I understand when you say push the switch down until it is able to be popped out, but I don't understand when you say lift up the console on the switches side? can you clear this up a bit, thanks.

the center console is divided in two pieces. 1 where the buttons and shifter. and 1 where the arm rest is. remove your shift ****... open up your arm rest.. and you will see its divided... slide your fingers under on the side... and just lift it with your fingers, its like snapped in place..
