Is the coupe seat brackets the same for a sedan?

Looking on putting a set of sparco seats in a friends sedan however the only brackets I found were for a coupe. Sparco was unsure if they will fit. Any input would be greatly appreciated thanks

I remember reading that the brackets are the same.
