driver seat problem..

driver seat problem..

i have a problem with my driver seat. it'll slides forward, but when i try to slide it back, it doesn't move. but it does every now and then. can someone help me?

had the same issue a year ago

mine wouldnt go back

I just pushed on the switch a little harder and hear a pop

im guessing it was dirt or some thing lodged

it just sucks, when im ready to drive it. i can't... my wife is shorter then me. i need to get to fixed before i take my trip to ATL.

Just check the tracks really good, make sure there isn't a penny or dime or something wedged in there (it's like the perfect size for that )

If that doesn't reveal the problem, you might consider checking the gear, it's really easy and if the gear is bad, they're not too bad to replace.

could be the start of a stripped gear in the seat rail.

Mine does this to me occasionally, I just sweep out the debris under the seat on the slide rails and gears and it works just fine.
