Side Panel Material Peeling in Back Seat

I have a 2003, the leather/ back foam is peeling off the door on one side and the back panels too. Anyone know how to remove the back panels (or is there a DIY) so I can repair it easily? Thanks.

Was hoping to see a reply as well. Mine is coming loose on the driver's door on my 2003 sedan.

My back was peeling a little also. I just peeled it up enough to spray it with some 3M spray adhesive. Seems to be holding so far.

+1 on the above, did the same thing and used a screw driver wrapped in cloth to push the material back into the crack.
