Hey community

A few questions for you all. Please voice opinions!

1) 2003-2007 g35 coupe never came with black A- and C-pillars, right? They all came beige is that correct?

2) If black parts existed with OEM fit and finish, would you prefer them over a DIY dye/paint job?

3) If the black parts existed but cost much more than a DIY dye/paint job, would they still be worth it?


Obviously I am considering making black interior pieces for the community, just wondering if it is worth it. (Not worth thousands of my own dollars to hook something up that no one wants, duh )

Personally I hate the biege above the beltline of my g35. You can look in through the windshield and see those ugly biege a-pillars staring you in the face. gross! I have dyed a previous cars interior before, but I just thought it would be cool if someone actually offered black interior plastics. discuss!

 

I have been thinking bout that, I was going to try and dye it. But if someone had it already I much rather buy it, but then again i always enjoy doing things like that. so in other words if I don't have the time I would just buy them if I did have the time just do it myself.

 

alright so it appears there is not much interest in black interior parts- i guess everyone just does it themselves.. which is alright, I suppose.

back to the drawing board

 

i would be interested in this if the price wasnt to crazy.
