dash swap!

I bought my car 3 years ago wrecked and fixed everything except for the passenger airbag.. after few years of searching for a direct replacement I have decided to install an 05 dash, navigation and Bose head unit.

I just purchased the parts, should have them in a week and then the project starts!

Pics to follow

Got the parts.. Seems as if shipping has done some damage to them... i have cracks on the dash and some damage by climate controls... Im looking for ways to fill in and paint those cracks, at least i will have an airbag and not a giant hole anymore!

you could wrap the dash in a different material.... So is it going in a 03-04 vehicle or 05-07 car

Yea, i hope to get some money back from shipping company... As for the write up, i could try to do so, but since I've already taken everything out it may take me a while to get the correct order of parts taken off

nice. Hope you can pull it off smooth.

You remind me of my friend, who is constantly doing stuff like that to his truck. Always taking a bunch of crazy **** out and swapping it or painting/coating.

Thanks man! I have my moments, trust me. Since i have had to move to Houston for 6 months I have postponed the swap, as i did not have all of the components yet... Now i get some time to find the missing parts and get started on it as soon as i make it back to Ohio!

Well im living in Houston, TX for next 5 months, so this is going to have to hold off... I did not buy the gauges, i got everything but. I am missing the jack for the clock and a/c control display which i hope to buy while down here!

I have seen more Gs around here in the 2 weeks since i have been here than i have seen in last 3 years in Ohio! I hope to be able to find all the parts i need while down here...
