Cracks in Dashboard. Possible fixes?

I couldn't find a thread specifically about this so I thought I'd go ahead and post. I bought my 2005 G35 sedan with a bit of interior wear and it's got a few cracks in the dashboard. Without having to replace the entire thing, is there some kind of solution I could put in the cracks to seal them up? I'm kind of a nub when it comes to this kind of stuff. I'm open to any and all suggestions. Looking forward to the replies.

Try these guys and see if they have a shop in your area. They work magic with interiors. So long as you are not missing chunks of your dash, they should be able to fix it. Or any other well respected interior restoration shop around you should be able to do it as well. I used them to repair the leather on my steering wheel and it ended up perfect. But just that was $125 to repair.

Will do. Would you happen to know how much this usually costs or how much time it takes or does it usually vary depending on the shop?

It varies depending on how severe the tearing is. And honestly, only the techs that work there could determine the severity. But they quoted me $125 to do some leather repair on my steering wheel. So to do the dash it may cost between $1-200 or more. And as far as time goes, I have no idea lol. I'm sure that differentiates based on the car and how difficult it is to work in that certain area.

Rocky~ Just wondering what place you found in west Houston area? I am in the galleria area and have same issue as you have with cracks from previous owner. I would be happy to go over and get a quote or a general ballpark of what the fix might cost and forward it on to ya if you don't feel like driving down from the Woodlands. Let me know & thanks in advance!!!

Fibrenew. I haven't had a chance to really sit down and try and fix this issue yet. Life's just been too chaotic.

05 G35 With dash cracking...Possible Solution?

Inifiniti of Melbourne Florida will not fix it, Infiniti corporate will not fix it,and the Better Business Beuaru (BBB) says the car is too old to take action against them. So I'm stuck either fixing it myself, covering with some dash cover, or just leave it alone. Any Ideas please let me know.

Someone just told me about Fibrenew in Orlando. (407) 922-0232.
Haven't had time to call or go over to get an estimate. They fill the cracks and make it look like new.

Dash Repair Options

Left a message with Fiber New in Orlando, awaiting their reply. Also looking into other options such a upholstery covering of some type. I will keep everyone of my findings. If anyone has other solutions besides dash replacement, Please let us know.
