I am importing a japanese 07 G35. One of the biggest problems is that the control buttons for the audio and video sat nav is in japanese.
1. Has anyone done this conversion?
2. Where did you get the english buttons from and how difficult is it to swap them out, are there any tricky parts?
3. How much did you pay?

So far I have only got a price for the buttons from one supplier and that was for $420!!!.
Also wondering if there are any other cars using the same buttons that I could source the parts from locally, i'm in Aus. Looked at the Nissan Maxima but I think they are slightly different.

 

Can't u just put in a US equipment if I understand correctly what u are talking about..

 

I assume so I just wanted to see if anyone has done it already and could give me any info before I have a crack at it myself.
