Removing Leather seat covers?

Hi, I purchased a used 03 G35 sedan, and I love everything about it, exept that the guy who previously owned the car did not take care of it. The leather on the drivers seat has never been cleaned or conditioned. It is a total wreck. I had graphite leather interior and the leather on the front seat is cracked and discolored to an extent that not even lexol can restore it to a reasonable condition. I am planning on grabbing new infiniti leather seat covers (instead of changing the whole seat) from the dealer and chancig them myself. I was wondering if anybody knows how to remove the leather covers that are on right now. I notice that there are zippers on the back on the seats, but I am not sure on how to remove the bottom leather piece of the seat (the one you sit on).
If anybody can help me out on how to remove it, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Just the bottom leather cover goes for around $900 USD, the top is the same price. These prices are from the dealer.

I just checked the service manual and it doesnt mention how to remove the leather covering. It does walk you through the process of taking the seat appart and removing the seat cushions. Let me know if you think that might be of some help. otherwise it might come down to someone just giving it a go and making a DIY for it. any volunteers....i'd be afraid to really muck it up.

Thanks a lot for the replies. I will probably get them reupholstered, because spending 900 for one new leather bottom seat cover is just ridiculous.
