The way I see it, if he really was lazy, he probably would not have gone through all the trouble of doing such a mod. Instead, I commend him for taking action and trying to fix an annoying feature.

Anyways, good job and I can't wait to see the finished setup.

A lazy person would never have the drive to undertake such a task.

If everyone just left well-enough alone, we would never make any progress at anything. This type of inginuity is why you have electricity, radios, airplanes, etc. etc.
