I searched up and down looking for a thread about buying and selling seats from a G.
All i could find was possible positions to have sex in a coupe.
Some guy thinking $300 could buy some mint seats and how some people find them uncomfortable.

I am trying to price them but have no baseline of where to start.

try asking the dealer how much a seat costs. The price will probably be HIGHLY inflated, but it's a start.

Top of the line racing seats like Sparco Milano's start at around $900 each.

 

I would think the G35 seats would be more expensive than racing seats. Racing seats don't have airbags in them, and it's the airbags that make them hella expensive.

For $300? No way. If I found a pair of G35 seats for 300, I would pick them up in a heartbeat and convert them into office chairs. That would be PIMP.

I'd say, get the dealer's price and then cut it in half and that would be a fair market price for the used but good condition seats.

Sort of hard to tell after doing some looking, as it looks like the seat cushion (w/ leather cover) and the seat-back (w/ leather cover) are listed as seperate items. Best I can tell is that you're looking at anywhere between $2500-$3000 for a complete, new seat... ...depending on color. That's one front seat.

 

bought mine on eBay for 1200 shipped used front and rear seats (all airbags intact)...I might have gotten it for less but I emailed him an offer and after a few emails we came to an agreement so he ended auction for me...this is for willow seats btw which I have found much harder to find than the black seats...

. I would never ask anywhere near what the dealer wants for them new as those are not realistic prices to anyone.

I paid way too much for a full set of seats a few years ago when the G came out . Then i decided not to install them in my car.
Now i figure i might as well sell them but have no idea where to start.
I know the bags make them very expensive compared to normal power/leather/heated seats .
So if i priced mine at let's say $1000 as they are about as new as you can get (they are from a totalled new G sedan,3 years ago). Also the only other problem is shipping for such awkward things.
Any idea of what the airbags alone go for on them? As it still has all seat bags intact as well as the memory ecu under the drivers seat.

wtb BLACK COUPE front seats.....and BLack rear sedan seats or 2 willow front seats from coupe

I know that the replacement of my drivers seat in my Coupe is going to cost over 1200.00 bucks, thats what the adjuster said.....

 

More than 1200 im afraid homie, the seatback cover alone (where ur back rests), is 1200. I recently had an accident where the airbag blew out, and they had to change the whole seatback cover, which ran 1200.



I believe a whole new seat will be around $2500 from Nissan
