Thanks for the great product! Only reason i'm leaving a neutral rating is b/c lack of communication between customer and vendor. I don't feel you deserve a negative b/c of it, nor do I feel an overwhelming positive either. So please dont take this as a negative. I think it is fair decision for both of us.
I completely understand that you were busy with other projects and deadlines with many long nights (I'm a business owner myself). However, as in my own business I make sure my clients never have to ask me for a status.
Overall, our transaction was great! Bill was sent and paid within the same day. You're a great vendor and hope to deal with you more in the future. I hope you look at this as nothing more than constructive criticism and nothing personal.
