I bought this exhaust at the price we agreed upon ($800 shipped). I then waited two weeks and was told that he could not longer sell it and would refund my money. Two weeks later (a month now), the money was still not refunded.
I understood the issue and asked again for the refund to be processed. Response to my messages was weekly at best and I was always told my money would be refunded, which is a single click or two on Paypal.
I had to enter a dispute with PayPal in order to get my money back, which the result is still pending after escalating the claim.
I didn't have a problem with an unforeseen reason not to sell the exhaust, but to be with my money for a month, not refunding it after saying you would and requiring PayPal escalation is just not acceptable. It's theft at this point.
