Pretty crappy overall purchasing experience. Seller assured me that the wheels were not damaged. Also agreed to package the wheels so that they could be shipped Monday when I completed payment. I paid on time. He took a full 5 days to ship. Communication was poor. I ended up having to threaten to call Paypal and reverse payment to make the seller realize I was serious about him shipping the wheels out. Now today I've been trying to contact him about the damage, and he still is not answering.
