Bro, first of I love the way your headlights look there crazyyyy.. best i've seen... I was interesting in doing a mod like yours using a 03' light and buy some projectors. I was wondering what led's you used, like where you bought yours? and how to go about the strip. Also you recommened turning the led's dim how to do that... much help is appreciated.. are you having and heat issues with ur led's and hids as yet? thanks bro

i used 5mm leds.. you can get a bunch on ebay along with resistors. no heat issues with the LEDs..it's been 3 months. so far no problems. If you want the LEDs dimmer, you would have to calculate the correct resistor in order to lower the voltage going through the led. here's a good calculator.

Yeah they fit all the coupes. Not the sedan we have to make our own.

did you have to retro-fit the projector or does the headlight already come with the projector and clearance strip?

Was it hard to retrofit the clearance stripe on the 06? I love the LED ring, but the clearance to me is absolutely necessary. I would also like to keep the orange turn signal on at night if possible.

it took forever to think about how to go about it. but It wasn't too difficult to do. they're just a couple of plastics rods superglued in with LEDs and a shield for the light to travel. To keep the turn signal on, you have to get double fillament bulb and socket. The socket will have 3 wires coming out. 1 for signal, 1 for parking (always on), 1 for ground.
