they look purple, is that the look people are going for?

 

All of you who think 8000K is "bright" are wrong, you are actually loosing light output, and personally I think 8000k looks very rice, but thats upto your taste. If your plan is to match your HIDs, you are gonna be just as dissapointed with the 8000K as you were with your 4000K bulbs. Like I said in an earlier post 5500K is the sweet spot for the H1s to match your HIDs
