Ok, so I blacked out my headlights, but .

Just finished blacking out the headlights, and some other goodies, but before I post the finished product pics of my G, I wanted to get rid of the orange inside the headlight housing piece.

The only way I've read about doing that is by dremeling it out. I am all for doing that as I have a dremel and feel I am capable of doing it without messing up, i.e. cracking the small piece its attatched to, but what should I replace the orange reflector with??

I was planning on buying some silver coated amber turn signal bulbs .. but does anyone know where I can purchase a white reflector to fit in there or any solution to this problem. I really hate the orange as I am going for the blacked out look all around. TY in advance.

Joe

Edit: On a side note, I ordered the demon eye kit from AdvancedAutomotiveConcepts.com and on the ebay link I ordered from it said that it came with a replacement for the orange reflector and its housing piece. The package arrived last week, but I've been in Vegas so I just got the package tonight only to find just the demon eyes and their ballasts inside. I just went on ebay to check the page again and now it's not there so any suggestions would be great.

Go to HD or Lowes and buy the clear plastic covers for flourescent lights that are typically found in drop ceilings. Then all you have to do is cut it to size and install! DONE!

You'll see these covers look identical to the stock amber piece.

what i do is when i clear a set of headlights i just comnpletely take out the reflecftor and paint the rest of the piece either body amtched or gloss black...i like the way it looks better without a lens when you put a super white bulb in there...kinda looks like a blue housing...looks sick,,,

Thanks for the replies guys, think I'll pick up some of the clear reflector to cut at home depot tommorrow.

On a side note, these demon eyes look like a b*tch to install ... and the instructions are ridiculous IMO. Also, the ballast has a red and brown wire coming off it and the instructions just address both wires but says connect to accessory OR parking lights, and I'm like what about the other wire?! my buddy thinks its ground but I'm suspect
