It is on the higher side, but I think mine is well worth the money. I have heard horor stories about "Retro fit gone wrong". You can't go wrong with Li' Devil.

You'll need a spare set of OEM to send in as 'Deposit'. I am sellng mine

started. You can always sell it to the next guy again to get the money back.

Hehe wow, i didn't get my PM's until now.. and got a nice thank you from Ma your welcome! And i'm glad i was able to work on your lights and sorry it took so long Ed Lin's super headlights are coming out next real soon hehehe...

And ttrank, sorry but a head on shot woudn't show the rear of the projector. I always designed all my conversions to try to cover up as much as possible from the naked projector being seen from the outside. Obviously it's not 100% possible but I do my best and in this case I think I did a fairly good job especially with the bezel the way it is

And yes for whoever asked, this bezel should fit on the S2000 projector as well. Just requires some innovative thinking on how to secure the glass lense on, since this TSX's metal lense retainer were also modified so the bezel would fit on.

I also mark the exact area where the factory set the height adjustment and when I put it back together, I put it back to that same area. That's why it's rarely if ever perfect on height adjustment when I do the high end healdight conversions, but it'll explain to you Ma why they seem "near perfect" as you said on the height wise It also allows me to manually adjust it up and down to make sure I have clearance all around and i'm not "in the dark" in the adjustment clearance range.

For those people asking how much it cost, lets just say my labor alone currently stands at 1000 for a typical single projector per headlight. But I guarnetee the best quality headlight then any other retrofitter out there just because i'm a stickler for perfection and I spend so many hours on them. Of course i'm not putting any other retrofitter down, but they are indeed less expensive so they shouldn't feel any pressure from me. After Oct. or mid nov. i'll only be doing 2 exclusive headlights each month due to a new career change. And i've re-done and recreated more then my fair share of headlights done by other retrofitters that were brought to me by others. And at the end, they ended up spending a lot more then if I created a headlight first for them. But of course these are for people demanding the highest and they know there's no room for neogication but know exactly what they are looking for in their headlights and their product and i'm here to deliver exactly that.

Ma, can we see some beam pattern shots? I havn't seen them yet on your car hehehe....

Here is the beam pattern, they look very well on a white wall.
But this is on my garage door, so it twisted the patten a little.

Theses were taken just after install. Now after driving for a few weeks, the beam levelled out completely (I noticed I screwed in my headlight a bit too high after install, now it setted back in place where it suppose to be) & I don't need to take it out & re-adjust at all. So I nevery adjusted the beam, it really looks good as is. Needless to say I am still very impressed with how you did that. I'd hate to take light out & re-adjust.

well. i'm jealous... $1k labor + parts is too pricey for me. but it does look pretty damn sweet. every time i walk by a car nowadays i check if it has projectors, i guess i'm a little obsessed. what i don't get is nissan put them in the Z's and even the maxima... why not our sedans

 

Ooo wow... this is probably only the second headlight i've ever done that just happened to be perfect in terms of light adjustment wise haha. Actually Ma, the only time you would have to take the headlights out to adjust or.. bumper off is to adjust the rotational beam pattern.. the stock height is normal to adjust and that should be able to be done via the stock adjustment screw but.. i think as i mentioned.. the way how they designed it.. it's a very poor design for the stock up and down adjustment haha.

Well for everyone else, you can see I aligned the high beam to the low beam and it shines slightly above center on the cut offline. This retains the high beam useful and not pointed high in the sky or down into the ground which happens pretty offen when the low beam projector isn't aligned to the high beam when doing the headlight conversion.
