have you figured out which ones you are goin to get yet??

if you have to replace them, why not switch it up and get something different then what everyone else has. especially if your goin to stick with the 06 version of the taillights

So you put on the escutcheon, which forces you to always use the fob to get in the car, but then you like not having to use it to open the trunk?

 

^^i only put the escutcheon cause it looks better. also, i never use that keyhole anyway.

turning a key it a lot harder then pushing a button

 

I don't know about you guys.. but I actually think that DTR_Projekt's car is pretty sick.. he's got the JDM 06' tailights too. Maybe i'm wrong.. maybe the lights are ugly? If so.. then i'll be darned

 

i actually like them, the only thing i dont like about the new tails is the retangular reverse light.

i say get the jdm one and be different.

 

Don't you understand that all your statements are contradictory? I just realized that a second ago:

2) You also said, "What's the point of being the only car when it actually looks like ****?" (I have no idea what the four *'s mean lol.. sorry I don't cuss if that's where it was leading haha)

3) However.. you previously stated, "I wouldn't go for something ugly(IMO) because just want to be difference."

Your opinion stands to:

"Why get something that doesn't look nice, just to be different?"

However, that's your opinion, correct?

It looks like "poop" because it's your opinion though, not anyone else's.. catch my drift? So if it looks nice to me, or DTR, or aHero, then it's okay because we, "actually think those look nice no matter how others are. We think it looks nice, whether it be because: 1) It's different. 2) We actually think it's nice. 3) We are the only cars in our area's with it. And those are our opinions.

Well I assume AHero doesn't like amber color lights because he got all his front lights changed from amber to chear/white.

haha, actually..i love amber lights! if only the 06 lights were like the 03-05's and that amber turn signal stayed on. if i could have it my way, i would have a mix of the 03-05 and 06 lights..

bi xenon projectors
no clearance strip
no city light
h1 fogs
amber turn signals that stay on (dont know what they are called on the 03-05's..parking lights?)
and if i had that ^^ then i would keep amber side markers

 

Have to disagree man. Your car should express your style. Doing a mod just because it's different is just as bad as doing a mod cause everyone else did it. Choose your mods based on what YOU like not what anyone else likes.

Ahero4eternity - seems to me like you prefer the JDM tails. Go for it man, screw what we think =P

they are both ugly. the 06 tails remind of the 94 mercury cougar tail lights. get the 05 or ealier if you are going to get any at all.
