fog lights!!! a weird idea...

so i have an idea to make my car blend in better at night, i want to wire my fog lights so they turn on with the parking lights.... basicly so i can drive with the HID's off, just use the H4's and draw less attention to my car in the small town i live in. i think it should be fairly easy if i can run a jumper wire from the parking lights to the realy for the fogs, but i have no idea where that relay is, and my used car came with no owners manual!!!

We are testing it right now.

It the G35 it's not exactly 'easy' to make the fog lights work with the parking lights, because the foglight relay is internal to the IPDM. You can wire a new relay off of the parking light wire and tap the output directly in to the foglight wires, but then the OEM fog light switch wouldn't do anything. To do it the 'right' way you would need to actually tap each fog light individually, to preven backfeeding through the IPDM that could cause some interesting issues.

The KPtech module will allow you to use the OEM foglight switch at any time to turn the fog lights on and off.
