Is yellow good for fog?

Hey guys, I have 6000k bulbs in my headlights and don't use my fogs unless of course it's foggy. So my question is does the yellow (3000k) do good in fog and heavy rain? Thanks so much

Yellow does the best in actual fog and rain because it penetrates through the fog and rain. White and higher (4300K+) can actually reflect off fog and rain making it harder sometimes to see.

Thats been proven false already, the only reason yellow lights may be better is your eye's ability to contrast the yellow better, it doesn't penetrate any further than normal light

fog light/high beam question...

Quick question, so if you change out the fog light (H4) on a 2003.5 sedan to a yellow bulb does it mean that your high beams will be yellow as well?

Also, is the fog light bulb for a 2003.5 sedan an H4?

Thanks

If you get ALL yellow H-4's. I found some on the web that were half yellow (fog only).

not only is it way hard, it's pointless and stupid (no offense intended toward anyone, just my two cents)

besides, yellow fogs look cooler

Fog lighting..............

Fog lights have no effect on fog! Being carefull using only your low beams
and if it's real bad your emergency blinkers because you can't see squat is
the only safe (if there is one) way to drive in the fooooooooooog.

I've heard the H4 fogs in the '06 headlamps are actually pure fogs. The high/low beams are in the projector. Is this true?
