sorry being noob, but what is the cutoff line? i have that cutoff line too.
i thought i have some problem with my headlight, or may be my left headlight aim lower than the right side?

From the way it's wired, it seems like the low beam is bi-xenon and the foglight is HID. Otherwise it would be the foglight has the high beam as well and use actuated H4 style HID bulbs. Not a good idea if you ask me.
