taking the headlight apart???

Does anyone know how to take the headlight housing apart to remove the amber lens on the turn signal to make it clear?

Preheat oven set for 200°F. Bake for 10-12 mins. Pull apart plastic housing. Dremel out amber lens. Replace with clear lens. Re-bake until glue softens and press together.

You cant just remove the amber piece, it nees to be cut out. It's a real PITA.

Did you have to add any sealant after opening that many times? I've only opened headlights once and never needed to open again, but I will need to reopen mine soon to install the clear lense projectors

also how hard is it to put the projectors in a sedan? Any special clear lenses that you all have used to replace the amber ones?

I'd do a search. Lots of info on clearing out your ambers and some sedan members doing a projector retrofit. Like this one.
