It is super easy to get them apart just take all the bulbs, wires out of the headlights and bake a 200 for 10 min and then start bulling them apart with some oven mitts. It is a lot easier then you would think

the plastic wont be too flexable ? I did the housing on my Acura CL headlights but with a heat gun and its all wobbly around the edges.
What do you rest the light on once in the oven ? I would imagine the grill inside would probably melt the light ? To reinstall just put it back in the oven apart or together ?

Blinkers and paint look very nice. The blinkers are the one part of mine I have not done yet. Need to find a good projector to go in there.

I layed mine right on the grill with no problems 200 isnt as hot as you would think I was like wow 200 then when I was doing it, to put it back together I but only the main black piece in for 10 but the front cover on then but back in the oven for like 5 more mine and squeezed it back together to make sure they were back together good.

Yeah your fogs came out great. I wish the sedan ones had a nice place like that to put in a projector. They are much more open and require just the right size lens.
