Does anyone have a DIY guide to installing new "CITY LIGHTS" ?

Does anyone have a DIY guide to installing new "CITY LIGHTS" ? I just bought some V-Leds 194 bulbs for the city lights but Seems like too much for the install, has anyone created a DIY ?

Pull the headlights using the DIY provided at the top, then install

you can change the city light by peeling back the fender lining to access the back of the headlight...remove the lower dustcap, twist out the old bulb & install the new one. if you have big hands it's easier to remove the wheel

taking the wheels off IMO takes longer than tilting the bumper forward and requires getting the jack out. Its also extremely frustating to try to blindly install those city light bulbs in those tight corners for the headlights so its easier imo to just remove them to install. If you have small hands, you can probably just pull the fenderwells and reach in
