Any time the headlight is removed from the car, there is going to need to be some adjustment and nudging to get the headlights centered and with the correct leveling, something I doubt the dealerships were willing to do. I'll bet they didn't even do a beam alignment and just swapped them out for the new ones, but thats a whole other matter
Well to answer your solutions my headlights have been removed from my g35 about 4 or 5 times now. When i had the Halos and CCFL clearance strips removed the whole headlight was taken apart.....so after reading how you just wrote that removing them can cause them to bot be aligned.....I have never realigned my headlights since removing them.....I just put them back in the way they came out. Could adjusting them help this problem? Im about to remove them again to get one my halos fixed and i have to send it off. so my other 04 set i have will be going back on in the meantime. I may order a set of 06 though and send them off for a retrofit. I will see though..I have sent ivorygt a message and was checkign to see on how much it cost to get the retrofit done.

I'm not saying they aren't aimed incorrectly, I'm saying make sure that iss the issue before just blindly raising your headlight aim.

it's only for certain projectors. you have nothing to worry about with your reflector housings.
