Exclamation '06 Projector INSTALL HELP!

I just installed '06 Projector headlights on Wednesday night and am having difficulty with them. The install went fine. The only trouble I had was disconnecting the harnesses. I'm not sure if I loosened a wire going in to the harness or what? I forgot to disconnect the battery while doing the install, so I disconnected it after the install to reset everything. I did a blind install because my internet has been out for the past 4 days or so and was not able to go step by step with Triji's DIY. I had to do it all by memory. First everything was good except the passenger turn signal was not lightening up. I did install LED lights in the city lights part of the lower housing and they are not turning on either (I half didn't expect them to because I had to squeeze the LEDs a little that come off the sides to get them to go into the tube in the light housing).

I took everything off again to double check that the harnesses were on snug and when I put it all back together the turn signal was bright. When I went to check the full range of the lights the passenger turn signal was going nuts when the city lights were in use by blinking VERY quickly. Also, the city light on the passenger side was not lighting up. I then remembered I should have disconnected the battery before doing all this, so I disconnected it and reset the ECU. After doing this the lights were functioning throughout the ranges, so I called it a night and put everything back together.

I went out Thursday to my girlfriends and on our way back down the shore she called me and said that my lower light on the passenger side was not lighting up! I tried switching the lights throughout the range and when my city lights were turned on my turn signal for turning right has been flashing VERY quickly, but my driver's side works fine!

WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS!?

i beleve that it due to the leds in the city lights that is causing the problem not disconecting th battery is not big deal the light only has one main plug so if that is plugged in correct. also the leds only work one way meaning the bulb can fit upside down and the polarity will not be correct. I hipe you understand that. anyways take the lights back out and switch the bulbs I bet that is the issue

Okay. I will try that, but would like to get other suggestions before I tackle the whole taking apart for the 3rd time. I should have just left them be!

I never disconnected the battery when switching lights out 3+ times. The last time, I noticed that after I installed the lights, one of the LED turn signals wasn't working. I took it apart and realized I didn't push the bulb in all the way.
