What happens if i use d2s bulbs instead of the d2r bulb for our HID lights?

One more thing, where is the parking light for the G35? Is that what we also call the clearnace lights?

You can't replace your D2R bulbs with D2S simply because on the D2R, there's a certain area on the top side with ceramic coating to produce the light cutoff necessary to prevent high glare to oncoming traffic. D2S are ONLY used with projectors for the reason that they use the projector's optics and cutoff shield. I mean you could place a D2R bulb in a projector, but just not a D2S for a reflector based HID housing...like in our G's.

BTW you CAN install them, but they will shine all over the place w/ no cutoff. Lots of people do it and this is one reason why most of these aftermarket kits are illegal now.
