hey guys, I installed this morning and took me nearly 2 hours since I have Greddy front bumper and it was painful if not taking bumper off all the way. Over all I'm a very happy for the price I paid ($154 shipped). The light is so much brighter than my 05 headlights. I honestly think the guy on Ebay (virtualjunkyard i believe) provided great customer services when I called. I said jump on this deal while he still got many sets left. good luck all

 

Glad to hear it worked out! Can't wait for my set to come in. Did you change any of the bulbs out, or did you just leave it all stock? How was the alignment, cutoff etc...?

 

Yes I changed all bulbs & deactivated the day time running light which I dont like.

What lights come stock in the low beams in the 06's are they 4300k like the 04 models?

 

yeah I believe it's 4300K. I just store it aside as backup!

 

what did you use 10K for your bulbs...how do you see at night?

 

Mine just came in from the same ebay seller. Lights are in perfect condition for me as well. =)

Don't mean to hijack, but I just bought an '03 coupe and was disappointed with the hi-beams. The low-beams are a nice white with a slight blue tint, but when I turn on the hi's they are yellow/orange. Are the '06 projectors the same as far as the hi-beams go?

The '06 Projectors are not the same as earlier lights on high beams. The Xeon bulb used for the low beams is also used for the high beams, it does double duty. However, the fog or driving light is a Halogen bulb, and if used on low beams, is not white like the Xeon bulb.
